After making the playoffs last year, the Giants thought they could take the next step forward in 2023. The contract with Daniel Jones was extended, but after four days of play this season, one has to wonder if these were the right decisions. Granted, the Giants have struggled with injuries, but the average points scored so far of 11.5 is a terrible value.

Their most recent loss was a 24-3 thrashing to the Seahawks at MNF, but even before that against the Cowboys and 49ers, nothing was going right. With a 1-3 record, they are already trailing the music in the NFC East. Losing is therefore the motto in Miami.

Which brings us to the Dolphins. The Dolphins started the new season with three impressive wins. Some websites already had them in first place in the power rankings, but in their first real test last weekend they were more or less without a chance against the Bills. The offense around Tua, who already stands at 9 touchdowns and 1306 yards is the best in the entire league, but that the defense is vulnerable, the Bills have shown.

For TV, the Dolphins are wonderful to watch, but the sloppiness on defense is making the coaches sweat.

So far, RB Achane certainly deserves a positive mention. Nobody had him on their radar before the season. Tyrek Hill has not lost any of his class either.

Overall, our conclusion for the New York Giants @ Miami Dolphins is relatively clear. In their current form, the Giants are not able to stand up to the Dolphins. Maybe they can at least slow down the offense a little bit, but even if they do, they can never completely shut down Tua. In addition, their own offense simply does not score enough points to put the Dolphins in their place in an open exchange of blows.

Therefore, our tip is a clear victory for the Miami Dolphins.
