Tip Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ San Francisco 49ers
Our second tip Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ San Francisco 49ers now takes us to the Bay Area in California. The 49ers are hungry for what the Bucs have gotten in recent years, the Super Bowl. But before we talk Super Bowl, both teams have to do their homework here first.
The 49ers are currently in first place in the NFC West with a record of 6-3 wins. With regard to their next opponents, the Seahawks or Eagles, they should not take this game lightly. They have already seen a few times this season what can happen if they are not at 100%.
After a great start with five wins in a row, they suffered three defeats. These defeats really shook the scaffolding, but last weekend showed what happens when they really concentrate and are fit.
Many experts believe the 49ers have the best roster in the league. It’s just up to them to show that quality week in and week out. They didn’t give the Jaguars the slightest chance in their 34-3 victory. On offense, Purdy and Co. played like they did in their prime and on defense, the signing of Chase Young paid immediate dividends. The bye week came at just the right time for San Francisco to sharpen their senses for the coming weeks.
But the Bucs also have a lot at stake here. They are currently in second place in the NFC South with a record of 4-5 wins and still have the playoffs in sight. In this division in particular, eight or more wins will probably be enough for first place.
At one point they were even 3-1 up but then suffered four defeats in a row. Last weekend, however, they didn’t give the Titans the slightest chance and won 20-6, a momentum they now want to take with them.
The defense is capable of hurting the opponent on a good day, but Mayfield will have to rise above himself on Sunday to have a chance against the 49ers.
But we can’t help but bet on the 49ers. If they push themselves to the limit, they will win this match. The defense will put Mayfield under pressure and force them to make mistakes. Purdy also seems to be on the rise again. Sorry Bucs fans but our betting tip Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ San Francisco 49ers is clearly in the direction of SF.
